7-8 hour GIGACHAD writing. Y'all niggas need to sleep more. Set a definitive cutoff time for electronics usage fifteen minutes before bedtime. I used to listen to a few podcasts as I was going to sleep to ween off of endless scrooling before bed, but lately it has either been white noise or some quiet music. That seems to help me fall asleep faster, as sometimes I would be too interesed in the podcast to sleep. I have also been trying to keep a dream journal more, but so far I barely seem to remember my dreams.
Another factor has been losing weight. I used to have worse sleep, because I was very inactive. Losing weight has led to breathing better, which has led to better sleep.
