Among the best GTAs and definitely the best biker game out there.

As for me, I've got into the most weeb racing game possible - Tokyo Xtreme Racer Zero.
It is very weird and quite janky at many points, but enough of the things work to make it interesting, plus it's got unique car lineup. Among the usual of Supras and Skylines, there are huge japanese luxury saloons and rather obscure sedans none other racing game used, since they are not sport cars. Frankly, I'm not sure why are they in this game as well - it is one of the weird parts. Thing is, even though the game allows tuning, the most interesting cars are still nowhere near competitive. Luckily, if you know Cheat Engine, that stuff can be at least partially fixed, and you can add a lot of extra power to the underdog-machines with the mastery of code-fu.
It is just very weird that it is impossible to compete with starting cars in arcade racing game with tuning by default. I mean, I finished pretty much all Need For Speeds from Underground to Carbon with starter cars. That's the whole point of tuning in my eyes: to take something like a Peugeot 206 and trick it out so it can take on a Ferrari or something.
Still, tuning is definitely the strongest part of TXR0 in my eyes, since I like personalizing my vehicles. And TXR0 is one of the few games that allows you to customize a van. The only other game I know of is GTA V.
Plus it has useable blinkers. Surprisingly, despite the fact that pretty much all of cars have blinkers, very few games actually allow player to operate them.
