Hi all.
Like anyone whose brain has leaked out two-thirds of the way though their head, one of my "hobbies" is Youtube. I almost always have a video of something or other running on a second monitor while I'm working away or playing games, and as a result, I have amassed something in the ballpark of 500 subscriptions. Less than some but probably greater than most. I figured why not open up the floor to some general Youtube 'second monitor' content that people enjoy?
The following is a list of my personal Youtube recommendations. I've tried to post channels with between 50k and 500k subscribers. The former ensures there's always a consistent level of quality. As for the latter number, if you're interested in a topic like "true crime" you don't need me to recommend JCS, EWU, or Dreading to you- you've already found them. I've also tried to focus on channels that have substantive and evergreen content, and aren't just about pithy jokes or whatever the latest fad circulating around is about. Lastly, I haven't posted anything toooo specific. If you want an excellent channel about bugs in Paper Mario, I can post that- but most people aren't looking for that.
