I spent 3 damn hours today making dumplings, but it was kind of lacklustre because I used the wrong protein. I feel cheated. I really think chicken mince is the best for dumplings, but they were out of it at the grocery store, so I used regular ground beef, which imo is too heavy. The worst part is that I already knew this but didn’t want to go to another grocery store. Here’s a poorly lit picture of the fruits of my labour:
I finally found my aux cable today after years of searching so I can finally hook my computer up to my stereo, so I can’t complain. Hope everyone is having a nice friday.
