Stress can be paralyzing for me. I wish I had more motivation but I feel like I can’t keep up

One other thing that can cause this kind of tiredness is your carbohydrates levels, especially if you notice that you don't have the same eating schedule when you're doing computer stuff at home, as when you're working/studying outside. Peaks of carbohydrates can induce tiredness.
I'm no nutritionist, but that may be a factor, as it was once for me. Maybe look that up.
hi, i was just wondering how everyone is doing. Also, what sort of things have you done recently that you are proud of?
Personally I've been feeling very well recently-- even happy-- and I'm making time in my day to spend with others, though I'd still like to further this. I think next time I'm at the library I'm going to try and have a conversation with a lady who sits across from me. One of my resolutions is to talk to new people and she seems pretty nice. I'm pretty proud of that but I would also like to learn a song I heard on piano so maybe I will make an update on that later.
I'm going to start up a website with a link to my live streams, a blog, radio station, and advertised products that I actually think are good ones.

I tend to do quite well generally except from maybe a slump every 10 months, although I think ive been teetering between being in one and out of one for the past month. I just need to set a good rhythm for now that work has calmed down a bit. Just been busy and usual january joys.
As for things i've done recently i'm proud of... I'll get back to you on that. I was starting to improve generally and look after myself but its been hit or miss at the moment. Give me another month and i'll be back on it!!!

I think that is a good thing to start doing for sure. The people around you will appreciate it as well as it helping you.
It's only kinda similar but back when I was trying to improve my confidence and such a few years back I made a point to smile and say good morning/afternoon to people I walked past when out on a walk. I know at least for the older generation it put a smile on their face to be acknowledged and it forced me to be in a more positive mood.
I bought some leg warmers which are super comfy. I'm usually walking so my legs get very cold in the winter seasons sooo these help. They're kind of cute in my opinion, I think they make me more approachable. Usually i'm against wasting money but i've been trying to take better care of myself recently which i guess means buying some clothes!

I know what you mean... i guess they're recursive in that way. To feel good you have to first take care of yourself, but its very hard to take care of yourself when you aren't feeling good. what a dilemma life is...
