I sometimes read manga, not a huge fan of it; I prefer watching anime.
I recently finished "Tomo-chan Is a Girl!", first was the manga, then the anime, it was great. It gave me an understanding as to why some people prefer manga over anime, because some of the elements from the manga weren't present in the anime, it kind of gave me a relief that I decided to finish the manga instead of watching the anime straight ahead, because there were funny scenes that didn't make it in the animated adaptation, such as that panel where Junichiro was trying to understand and become the tree for the school play.
As of right now I am still in the middle of reading "The Guy She Was interested in Wasn't a Guy at All" and I'm nearly finished in reading "Don't Toy With Me, Miss Nagatoro!".

I feel you, because I really want to get into reading more manga, but I am too lazy and I'm not really a fan of reading for a long period of time.
I used to read a lot of webcomics when I was 13/14?-16 in webtoon. I started out reading random comics on Pinterest, then moved to Tumblr, Tapas, and most especially webtoon. But these days I no longer read web comics. I really wish I still had that spark in me, but eh too lazy, would prefer watching.
