Its interesting to note your own personal sleep habits because of how much they change... or dont in some cases.
I used to sleep for about 3 hours total a night, which caused me to fall asleep on the bus to school, my own fault for staying up at night on the PC. That persisted but instead the time when I woke up just got later and later, once i was working it did fix itself a bit, but what ended up happening over a period was that I would just sleep away the weekends, waking up at 2pm. When I was unemployed for a while that got worse and worse.
When I started my current job I was doing a good job with timing but i've felt it start to slip again and i'm going to bed later. I think partially because I've been having a less good time at work most likely, but its showing in my face. Very big panda eyes 🐼
Merulox I've been using my ereader more lately and the warm light + eink screen really does help, although my routine still tends to involve watching videos of stuff mostly.
