I used to watch a lot of videos about random internet strangers. Down the Rabbit Hole on YouTube was a series I quite liked, although the guy who did it has decided he was bad for making the videos and is now a VTuber

I remember I found a girl who used to stream on youtube after she had gotten kicked out by her dad and was living in some hotel. She would spend the whole day streaming and would go on long rants, and if I remember correctly she was arrested at some point.

There's a whole group of people trying to find the original image that Jeff the Killer came from. So far this is as close as they've gotten to the original. It's the earliest one that has a reliable source.

It's crazy how some scary image on the internet has a whole community trying to find where it came from. It's possible that we may never know.

He's a Norwegian dude who made music, movies and most importantly games. He created a series called Johnny in Game Maker, which is extremely surreal. What I especially like is that he's of a dying breed. He created weird media for the sake of it, truly putting passion into it, unlike the sardonic, irony obsessed crowds who make "quirky" art to laugh at. The stuff he made was an honest reflection and expression of his own mind. Sadly, he passed in 2014 from suicide.

Roach dance is surprisingly good. Someone in the comments agrees too. Everything else wasn't super great but it was an interesting listen. Not a very good headphone album though, very loud

Drop down the volume a bit in GoldWave. Two clicks away.
I do that and various other minor adjustments with a lot of my music, since I store it on HDD either way.
I'm currently attempting to equalise all the sound in my 80's music folder, and it is a real pain in the ass. To make music sound a bit louder or quieter is easy, but to make different tracks with different mixing recorded with different hardware in different studios sound equal is next to impossible.
Makes for a really pleasant playlist though.

On topic... Well, turns out there is a thing named DC++. Apparently, I've missed it's golden days, but it is still very much alive. I've found a room with lots of TTRPG stuff there, plus some people are still sharing rarities in public rooms as well. Found some very obscure comic books there, for example. Plus, I am there now, sharing all of my music, among other things.

I want to discuss another game next, called Command and Conqure: Generals. The series is widely popular, but Generals in particular is bannished from the internet because a scene in the campaign was deemed offensive to the people of China.

In the story where you play as the bad guys you blow up the Three Gorges Dam. Kinda spicy.

Yes, Jeff the Killer is photoshop. Who would've guessed. That first one was proven to be fake, but it's pretty well made, so people were convinced.

That third one looks like shit. Idk if that's supposed to be a mannequin, but either way that does not look real. Just the fat peace sign alone gives it off.

I heard somewhere that Jeff's mouth came from a Finnish singer with down syndrome or some shit.

I read a lot of Fanfiction, from various sites and various times through out the years. I still kick myself over for not saving any of it over the years. Anything I like was not archived by the orignal author and most of it is lost media forever. It pains me to even visit most of those sites. It leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth, that such things I love was not taken care of neither me or the creator. I have many examples, but some might no fit the content policy of the site, so just message me if you want the full scoop of what i'm talking about.
