You can also sell an items you have for monero on a site like XMRBazaar. I live in the UK, I've only been able to access 4chan when it's night time around 10pm or something.

All I can say is we can prepare by moving to more uncensored places like the darknet. Better to start preparing now before more rules come it to restrict. Try earning some alternative currencies, and try to learn a bit more about how computers work.
