I'm doing OK. After falling off the wagon for a number of months, I am back on my diet. I tend to find something like a carnivore diet easiest, though the cost is an irritant. Like years back, I was eating ribeye A LOT -- but I also had a better job then. I am eating a lot more chicken. So far, things are OK. I have the goal to weigh 72kg, and be in overall 'good' condition. I am not trying to win any attention or anything, just to be fit.
I have begun to train using a bizarre combination of tools and methods I have to hand - a fairly heavy kettlebell, a few plates and an olympic bar, gymnast's rings. and an old bike. One thing I'd like to do is get fit cheap, since I am more or less broke. I think it can be done.
I would post updates, but I am not good at that sort of thing.
