I'm not massively into a lot of electronic music, or at least not in the way where I know everyone and listen through albums in order. Theres stuff I like (including sewerslvt) but my listening is usually in the form of playing some mix of music someone has made whilst i'm doing some work or something.
I'm sure its the case for a lot of people, but for me the most important albums to me are my favourites from the past, as I listened to them religiously and they have ingrained themselves into my memories of that time so as well as being loved anyways, they end up being that much more important to me. Here's a couple of albums I like
Last Dinosaurs - In a million years
I found out about the band from the 2012 Need for Speed: Most wanted on the PS3 and Vita. Their song from this album Zoom was included as a track and was easily the best song in the game hands down. From then I listened to the rest of the album and bought the CD and had it on my phone and listened to it tons through out the next 10+ years. I like their album before this one and the one after, I'm not huge on the newest stuff from them sadly.
I love this album and don't really have anything bad to say. I only wish there was more
(also, just found out they're opening for a band i've never heard of in the UK in february.. Now I have to decide whether i'm going to see them)
Snowmine - Laminate Pet Animal
I don't have a massive history with the band or album. I stumbled upon it whilst looking for groups similar to Low Roar a few years ago, and this album became a staple of my long walks just after the COVID lockdowns.. I think
I think its a good album and it suits a long walk where you're thinking a lot
