Bedtime for me varies, I'm usually in bed around 21-00 depending on when I have to wake up/how much sleep I need to make up. I often am occupied by studies/work up until I got to bed so I usually end up immediately going to bed without much thought. I'm weird in that I don't really have a bedtime routine other than filling up my water bottle and cleaning my retainers if I happened to not clean them that morning. I just go straight to bed with little care about what I do before.
Waking up is usually a different story. I'm up at 5-6 usually since I have early classes/study blocks/gym slated in the morning. Usually when I get up its straight to the shower, then everything else follows. I usually also nap a bit, 1-2 hours (almost) every day. I get mentally exhausted quite often, so naps keep me at top shape for the latter half of the day.
