marc You COULD is the thing, you don't need a degree to manage a fish tank, you just need to be able to take care of a large fish tank, which many people do.
Your labor costs you nothing, you don't need investors or to make investors happy, you're not competing with some big company, you're selling shrimps to the locals. If you were shrimping as just a side-hustle it would take almost no work and net a decent amount.
"Your apartment" is the biggest problem, but it's still entirely doable, you wouldn't even have to climate-control it, or at least not to the level you'd need to with an outside farm, and no pest problems.
Marketing is 100% always the problem with these things, you need to find someone to buy your shrimp.
That's also the problem with painting, but it's a lot easier to convince someone to let you paint their windows than it is to convince them to buy shrimp you farmed in a couple barrels in your apartment.
