ELECTRONICOS FANTASTICOS! (that's not me, by the way; all caps is the thing the band themselves chosen)
Anyone heard of them? No?
Well, thing is, these guys are incredibly experimental. They use CRT TVs, barcode scanners, fans and other stuff as instruments. But! Unlike huge percentage of the experimental bands, all their stuff actually sounds like music! And quite a good one, to top it off!
So yeah, it's not just noise - it is actually quite melodic and definitely unique example of electronic sounds. It's one of the most creative acts in the area of the electronic music since the 70's, I'd say. But, hey, you can just listen to'em yourself:
The bad part is that there's almost no studio-quality recordings. All the band has is one single. Which, I suppose, is better than nothing.
