IDK if its REALLY a fear, but I used to have a recurring dream as a kid where i'd just "have" a tattoo of some flies nesting in my arm, and if i itched it they would fly out, and of course the dream would start with my arm getting itchy. It made me not afraid of tattoos, but of large amounts of insects flying about in my face, i've gotten better at dealing with bugs in general nowadays but i think we can all agree that lots of bugs flying about is very unpleasant and something to cause panic lol.
