What are you playing?

Simple thread to share games you are playing. Octopath Traveler II Such a cozy little jrpg. I never got the chance to play the first game, but I have found all of the stories to be very good. Only gripe is that after you get a few characters encounters become trivial. I like the fact that characters give you the ability to interact with towns. Although it breaks the role play element that you can just rob an entire town and all be okay. I do like the backstories for all of the NPCs, that makes it fun. Music is good. I love the 2D/3D look. So, what have you been playing sheep?

I have been playing a bunch of DooM wads and POSTAL 2 mods. Right now playing Eternal Damnation. I am also playing 007 First Light, amazing game. Almost finished.

kokikola Nice. Do you like Blood? Might be my favorite boomer shooter.

kokikola

burntToast Hell yeah! That's one of my favorite games of all time along with doom

Right now, in between games, I am playing Dying Light. A fun game to play when you don't wanna think too much. It's kinda like Far Cry with zombies and parkour.

Playing Pigface right now since there was an update, and holy hell this stuff is fun. There is a crafting update now and it is really fun. Has a bit of a Manhunt vibe and feels kinda like a 2000s shooter.

Have been having a dry spell for games, but recently started replaying Middle Earth: Shadow of War. I adore this game, and I'm pretty surprised at how rarely I see anyone talk about it. The Nemesis System needs to be freed from copyright, it is the only way world hunger and global warming will be halted.

Been playing The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. I've never played it before, or many games like it - combat-wise anyway. The lore is pretty cool, and I’m tempted to read the books for it once I finish the game. + Gwent is great.

NobleRusk They've got a new DLC coming for the Witcher 3 coming next year... Curious if it'll be any good, CDPR has changed a lot since the original Witcher 3 days

The DLC is partly the reason why I picked it up. I wanted to play the game before they changed anything major about it, and to get extra content in a years time, I guess.

Found a roguelike today called Seven Blasphemies. It has a bit of a Caves of Qud vibe but darker. So far very interesting. Also looking forward to buying Silent Hill Townfall this week.
