I've been doing Stronglifts 5x5 since New Year's, though unfortunately I think I strained my hip flexors or something last week so I'm taking a break for the next month or so. No doubt lots of things wrong with my form but I think the main culprit was just going too low with my squats.
I train in my garage. My brother left his weights and dumbell/barbells when he moved out a couple of years ago. I've tried lifting before but I just couldn't get into it without proper equipment, so I ordered a rack and a bench last december and everything is so much easier.
