Wouldn't mathematics be worst model of universe?

Like, I remember the topic, where people were saying. Everything you could represent as objective mathematical model. And universe can be represented as mathematical model. But once you start thinking about it. It doesn't really make that much sense. Wouldn't that be just impossible for humans to use and understand, even if he had, all research in the world? Not only math language is insanly gatekeep for any human to understand. (Ignoring below college level). It would be much easier to understand world by not using math concepts, and be objective about the world. Much easier it would be create objective model of universe by philosophy. With uses intuitive concepts and observations

I think what you're missing is a level of abstraction people often use to contextualise anything they encounter.
When we're talking about something as basic as the sweetness of an apple, we are essentially using a massive short-form that skips over electrochemical process of brain stimulation, atomic makeup of ATP, and configuration of the weak and strong force. We do have some research that can explain some these materials, if we need it, but one doesn't describe a forest by detailing every single tree.

Well true, but math needs this, very accurate messurments without it, it can't really function.

[unknown] even as CS major, I think math language is atleast intuitive language, most animals don't even count, they instead rely on intuitive size, like 10 apples look a lot bigger than 3 apples

I dont think everything can be represented by math. There are things that could theorhetically be but to actually figure out the formulas and check if correct would take an enormous amount of calculations.
There is also the halting problem where when given a set of instructions and an input can you determine whether it will go on forever or eventually halt. No one formula can solve this for every input and instruction set and this has been proven.
