I am really lazy but thankfully I have a gym partner who has been forcing me to go for the past 2 years
We've been doing a 4x a week routine of chest, back, arms and legs for a long time, although with huge gaps in between due to time issues, we restarted again a few months ago but only 1x a week, starting soon it will be 3x a week to actually achieve some gains
I've also recently discovered that I LOVE that rowing machine thing that old people use, every other cardio machine is way less fun, and I've always hated jogging.
It's really really fun to just row and row while listening to whatever music gets shuffled on. Big fan. Recently I rowed for 2 god damn hours. (not all at once, 2x 30 minutes and 1x 1 hour)
