5/3/1 is going great so far. I do want to change up my exercises, and if anyone can input some suggestions it would be a great help.
The basic routine is one of the main four lifts, then three accessories of push, pull, and legs/abs.
Monday is OHP, dips, zottman curl, and lunges.
Tuesday is deadlift, tricep pushdown, shrugs, and ab twists.
Thursday is bench, dumbbell bench, zottman curl, and leg press.
Friday is squats, triceps pushdown, shrugs, and ab twists.
I'm thinking of replacing the dumbbell bench, or switching the day, and replacing one of the zottman curls and triceps pushdowns. I'd like something that would target my back more, and another arm exercise to switch things up. I am considering preacher curls, or hammer curls. Any thoughts or suggestions? Any would be appreciated even if it isn't what I specifically asked about. I would not be surprised if I had some blind spot I am missing here.
