My wife showed me a video on her Chinese spy app about someones setup with a cheap screen and projector so they could watch stuff in their bed. So something similar but much better is looking to be our Christmas present to ourselves this year.
A big help for me is that I have blackout curtains in the bedroom so I'll never have to worry about light interference. What's a little more difficult is that I'll need a screen 55" or less. It seems like manufacturers don't typically make screens that small. Plus I only have 7ft projection distance so my projector will have to be short throw but I haven't dug too far into what the minimum distances are yet. I'll also have to look into wireless surround sound speakers.
While I part this thing out. Anyone here have experience with projectors?
