This is not just neat, this is positively ripping. It's amazing how much more useable Win98 now might be. Darn, I really need to build that dream-old-school-machine one day.
This also proves that pretty much nothing is really impossible with enought time and dedication. And if one guy can do that, corporation like Microsoft could easily continue to support at least Win7. Instead they chose to cut all ties.
But, well, the difference between Win7 and later Wins are so abysmall thaat all kinds of makeshift ports for various libraries are being made every week or so. Though I'm afraid if some major backport will happen one day, Microsoft will put their foot on it, since, well, they really want people on newer OSes, it seems.
But, eh, if it will be uploaded on Github or something like that, it will be too late to put foots on that either way.
