What did you think sheep?

Super Mario RPG remake has me hype. Looks like the remaster will capture some of that early to mid 90's Squaresoft quirkiness. Going to be fun.

Sonic Superstars - all signs are promising. SEGA CHADS STAY WINNING.

Mario Wonder - can't be any worse than new smb. looks like it will be most fun for stupid co-op once and never again.

Princess Peach - baby mode peach game. journos will be able to play it, but hate it.

Pikmin 4 - looks very charming. Gonna be a comfy weekend for me.

Not much else caught my eye. What are your thoughts?

I dont really watch many events live anymore, idk if its age or just a general lack of interest
I really liked the super princess peach on DS as a kid so maybe this new one will be good too, mario wonder seems good, tho i'm not quite as hyped about the artstyle as everyone else, its definitely nice but not the second coming of christ.

I can tell you that I bought a game voucher double pack for TotK and something else.
Nothing in this Direct is getting my other voucher. It expires next year in april or may so I have until then.
Mario Wonder was the best thing shown, Dragon Quest Monsters followed, and maybe Pikmin 4 but there's nothing special about it.

I wasn't expecting anything big or major. But I did want a reason to use my voucher.

Lumeinshin Yes, I like the adventure games as well, bit I am glad that we are getting what looks to be a decent sonic game at least.

Wonder is kind of weird in its art style, but I like the gimmicks that were shown.

I just skimmed thru the direct properly
The 80s style first person dungeon crawler looks good, as does the 3d platformer by the Mania team. I may end up getting those, probably on steam tho

Wonder does look like a decent game, gimmicks look cool but idk if they'll annoy me in game more than be enjoyable. we'll wait and see tho
