Does anybody here play Dragon's Dogma? When DD2 was announced last week I decided to reinstall it and I'm having more fun than a barrel of monkeys.

Fantasy

I remember following this game religiously before release. I was watching videos on the NPCs, the wolf AI, how pawns would work. Play game to death on the 360, played it again when Dark Arisen came out, played it again when PC version came out, and played it again on my Switch. I did my part and Dragon's Dogma deserves it. I'm so glad this timeline ended up a good one where we get DD2.

Fantasy I'm really glad that from the teaser trailer it doesn't look like they pulled a 180 and "reimagined" the whole thing. Just an update on the engine while keeping the same aesthetics and art direction, like a sequel should be.

Such a fantastic game. It really manages to capture the spirit of adventure you should feel.

I bought it on ps3 used, then on switch and then on PC. But i'm yet to properly give it a go beyond say 4 hours... I'm terrible at that, seemed really fun tho. I'm hoping to play it on steam deck. I am of course a fan of...

The game is a bit of a slow starter but its definitely worth it to stick with it. Sometimes I kind of regret going into it straight to Dark Arisen, I never got to experience Into The Free as the intro song lol
